CDS, GAF DONATES PCs TO DEPT OF DEFENCE CIVILIAN EST

In fufilment of his promise, the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah donated nine HP all in one computers and an HP printer to the Department of Defence Civilian Establishment (DDCE).

The donation was done by the Chief of Staff (COS) at the General Headquarters – Major General (Maj Gen) Joseph Prince Osei-Owusu on Monday, 7 October 2024 in Burma Camp.

According to Maj Gen Osei-Owusu, the CDS realized the need for updated equipment during a recent visit, prompting the donation to replace outdated machinery and enhance work output.

The Director-General of DDCE – Brigadier General Anita Asmah received the items and expressed gratitude to Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah, highlighting the timeliness of the gesture given the recent increase in personnel.

She added that the equipment would significantly improve work efficiency.
