The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah, in the company of the Service Chiefs, paid an Administrative Visit to two personnel injured in line of work, and are on admission at the 37 Military Hospital.
The two soldiers who suffered from an accidental discharge while on duty, received words of encouragement and sympathy from the CDS, and his entourage, on Monday, 18 November 2024.
During the visit, Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah also prayed for their speedy recovery and offered cash donations to them,and assured them of the Military High Command’s necessary support to facilitate their swift recovery.
The CDS with his delegation, further seized the opportunity to visit former CDS – Air Vice Marshal Richard Ashelley-Larson, who was also receiving medical attention at the hospital, and wished him speedy recovery.
