The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Cofie Gold Fashion Limited – Mr Cofie Gold Cofie, together with the President of the company – Colonel JA Okai (rtd), paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah.
During the visit at the General Headquarters, on Tuesday 17 September 2024, Mr Cofie Gold Cofie praised the leadership of Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah, stating that his remarkable leadership had not only earned him the admiration of serving personnel, but also endeared him to civilians.
He also stated that he had been a huge fan of the CDS since his days at the Army Headquarters, following closely his exploits from Accra to Tamale and beyond, since 2020, and said he had no doubt that he would be an outstanding CDS, judging from his performance since assumption of office, praying that God would continue to bless him to do more for Ghana.
Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah expressed his gratitude for the visit, and commended the Cofie Gold Fashion team, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence.
