The family of late Brigadier General (Brig Gen) IK Amoah (Rtd) a former Chief of the Army Staff have paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah on Wednesday, 13 November 2024 at the General Headquarters to formally anounce his passing and funeral arrangement.
The Chief of Staff at the General Headquarters, Major General Joseph Prince Osei-Owusu recieved the delegation on behalf of the CDS and expressed his heartfelt condolence to the family. He assured the family of the Military High Command’s support during this difficult time.
According to the leader of the delegation, Major Afful (Rtd) the funeral service is scheduled to take place on Friday, 22 November 2024 at the Garrison Methodist Presbyterian Church in Burma Camp.
