GAF CDS VISITS PROVOST MARSHAL, AND RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS DEPT

The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah has visited the Office of the Provost Marshal and the Department of Religious Affairs (DRA) as part of his maiden visit to Departments at the General Headquarters.

During the visit on Wednesday, 12 June 2024 at Burma Camp, Lt Gen T Oppong-Peprah commended personnel for their continuous delivery of GAF’s mandate, despite facing numerous challenges.

The CDS pledged to assist in the construction of the office complex of both departments, and also to donate an administrative vehicle to DRA.

In addition, he pledged to provide the appropriate equipment to the Military Police to enhance their work.

He also inspected the ongoing renovation works at the Command Gate Guardroom.
