As part of routine visits to Ghana Army (GA) personnel who may have been on admission at the 37 Military Hospital, Accra, due to health challenges, to gain on-the-spot briefing as-observed, and offer morale support, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) – Major General (Maj Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah has visited a soldier undergoing treatment for a rare after-childbirth medical condition, at the military health center.

After being briefed upon arrival, on Tuesday 21 March 2023, by the Hospital Command and the Medical Team attending to the Soldier, General Oppong-Peprah assured the family of his support for the needed treatment, and on behalf of the Officers, Soldiers and Defence Civilian Staff of GA, wished her speedy recovery. He also commended Intake-mates of the Soldier who have continued to support her in a difficult time.
The COAS also visited other GA personnel on admission at the facility and assured them that the entire GA is rooting for their speedy recovery.
