The General Officer Commanding (GOC), Northern Command (N/COMD) – Brigadier General (Brig Gen) Frank Nartey Tei has donated food items to personnel of the Bawku Joint Task Force (JTF) for the Easter celebration.
The donation which was made on Thursday 17 April 2025 at Bazua Camp, Bawku, on behalf of the Military High Command (MHC) of the Ghana Armed Forces, included 20 bags of rice, 10 gallons of cooking oil, 10 boxes of canned tomatoes, 20 bottles of water, 20 packs of assorted drinks, 10 packs of toilet rolls, and a bull.
Receiving the items, the Commander, JTF – Colonel (Col) Rosslyn Foli Atiogbe expressed gratitude to the MHC for the benevolence and timely delivery of the items, and noted that the items will be used for the purpose for which they were delivered.
He acknowledged the extensive support the JTF has received from the MHC over the period.
