The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah, received the Director Boomslang Company Country Director – Mr Sentim Aboagye, who paid him a working visit at the General Headquarters, Burma Camp, Accra, towards strengthening ties between Boomslang Company and GAF.
Speaking at the meeting on Friday 25 October 2024, Mr Aboagye revealed that General Purpose Simulators had been procured, and GAF personnel would soon be trained on them using Land, Sea and Air operational scenarios.
Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah thanked them for the support and emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to manufacture military equipment locally, to aid combat security threats in the sub-region.
Boomslang Company, with operations in Turkey and Malaysia, specializes in providing logistics and equipment for military and law enforcement agencies, offering aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services as well.
