A former Ambassador of Ghana to China – His Excellency (HE) Mr Edward Boateng, has visited and congratulated the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah, upon his appointment and promotion to the highest office and rank, respectively, in the GAF.
He said this when he visited the CDS at the General Headquarters of GAF, Burma Camp, Accra on Tuesday, 26 March 2024. Ambassador Boateng expressed interest in partnering GAF’s Defence Industries Holding Company (DIHOC), in bringing about development, and creating employment in Ghana.
The CDS commended him for his goodwill and his interest in supporting the GAF.
