GHANA ARMED FORCES CHILDREN’S ASSOCIATION VISITS CDS

A delegation from the Ghana Armed Forces Children’s Association, led by Mr Peter Nawurah has paid a visit to the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah on Friday, 2 August 2024 at the Command Mess at Burma Camp, in Accra.

Mr Peter Nawurah highlighted that the purpose of the visit was to  congratulate the CDS for his elevation into the highest rank and appointment in the Ghana Armed Forces and as tradition demands, formally introduce themselves to him.

Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah welcomed the team and thanked them for the visit. He encouraged members of the association to be innovative and impart the lives of others.

He also promised to establish a liaison office for them going forward.
