The Chief of Staff (COS) at the General Headquarters – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Joseph Prince Osei-Owusu has officially handed over his responsibilities to Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Joshua Mensah-Larkai on Monday, 24 March 2025 in Burma Camp.
During the handing over Lt Gen Osei-Owusu briefed AVM Mensah-Larkai on his new role and introduced him to the Deputy Chiefs of Staff.
He expressed his gratitude to the staff for their cooperation and teamwork during his tenure, urging them to extend the same support to the new Chief of Staff.
On his part, AVM Mensah-Larkai assured that he would discharge his duties professionally, and called for teamwork among all personnel working with him.
