Four newly promoted Brigadier Generals (Brig Gen) in the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) pledged their support to the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) – Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah, when they paid a courtesy call on him at the General Headquarters on Monday, 9 September, 2024.
Brig Gens Maxwell Mantey, Emmanuel Opare Nyante, RA Kinney and JB Mwinyel, expressed their gratitude for their elevation in the military hierarchy.
The Generals thanked the CDS for the opportunity to serve in their new capacities, promising to work diligently to support the GAF.
Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah welcomed the Generals and congratulated them on their well-deserved promotions.
