A delegation from the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College, led by the lead Directing Staff, Colonel Corneille Nkundimana paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) – General (Gen) Thomas Oppong-Peprah, on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, at the General Headquarters in Burma Camp.
The visit formed part of a 7-day Africa study tour to Ghana, comprising 19 students and directing staff. The team aimed to gain in-depth knowledge on the operations of strategic institutions in Ghana to enrich their knowledge base.
Chief of Staff at the General Headquarters – Lieutenant General Joseph Prince Osei-Owusu received the delegation on behalf of Gen Oppong-Peprah, and wished the entourage well, encouraging them to ask questions to clarify any doubts.
